Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Remote) to support its Legal Department with a focus on commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including commercial transactions and contracts
• Manage and maintain standard contract templates to streamline processes and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while advising on employment law matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in a U.S. state
• Experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements, particularly in software security and compliance
• Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Familiarity with scalable contract database solutions and project management software
