Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel/Associate General Counsel (Corporate/Commercial).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and commercial activities
• Assist with public company governance matters and prepare SEC filings
• Manage public company equity transactions and negotiate commercial contracts

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate securities
• Ability to balance legal and business risks with opportunities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving decision-making
• Familiarity with FDA, FTC, and healthcare regulations is a plus
