Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel I to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements, including subscription software and data privacy agreements
• Provide strategic legal advice to global teams, including sales and procurement
• Support general business operations and complete special projects as requested

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a cloud software company
• 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts
• JD from an accredited law school and an active member of a state bar
• Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions balancing legal and business risks
• Experience advising business teams on commercial contract issues
