Job Summary
Supporting a growing legal function, the full-time Corporate Counsel, Licensed Attorney will manage commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, while addressing various legal matters in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including various contract types
- Identify and communicate legal, financial, operational, and business risks; recommend responses and escalate significant issues as needed
- Conduct legal research and collaborate with external specialists on a range of legal matters affecting the business
Required Qualifications
- JD and bar admission in good standing in any U.S. state
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Sound legal and business judgment with the ability to identify and escalate risks
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro; comfort working in a Mac-based environment
