Job Summary

Corporate Counsel, Licensed in NC, will provide full-time legal support for global operations in the Americas, focusing on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters while managing risks and enabling growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, compliance, quality, transportation, and operational issues
• Support clinical supply operations and mitigate risks related to legal frameworks
• Assist in resolving disputes and contribute to compliance initiatives across various regulatory areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing with a bar
• 6+ years of legal practice experience in a regulated industry such as life sciences or logistics
• Experience with regulatory or compliance matters relevant to pharmaceuticals and transportation
• Ability to provide practical legal guidance and translate legal concepts into operational solutions
• Demonstrated analytical and research skills with a practical, growth-oriented mindset
