Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with various business partners
• Provide legal support and advice on compliance with medical device and data privacy regulations
• Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of commercial and regulatory legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Experience with data privacy and medical device regulations at a global level
• Demonstrated contract drafting and negotiation skills
