Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Litigation Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation and administrative charges in partnership with outside counsel
• Provide legal oversight on general litigation and disputes across the organization
• Support internal efforts related to AI in the workplace and lead special projects

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
• 7+ years of total experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
