Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, M&A and Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare-related strategic transactions including M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Conduct legal due diligence and translate findings into recommendations for decision-makers
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements to align with business outcomes and risk tolerance

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role with a juris doctorate degree
• Deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions and related strategic transactions
• Preferred experience in healthcare-related transactions, including due diligence and negotiation
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations
• Bar admission required upon hire
