Corporate Counsel - M&A

Job Summary

Providing legal advice and counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance, the full-time remote Corporate Counsel - M&A will support development, strategy, finance, and operations teams while managing complex transactions and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate and securities matters, facilitating transactions and drafting agreements
• Advise and collaborate with leadership to structure transactions and mitigate legal risks
• Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions for management and internal clients

Required qualifications

• Licensed Attorney holding a J.D
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively within a team
