Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Joint Ventures, Governance & M&A (Engagement).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Support governance across a portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with laws and standards
• Advise on corporate governance frameworks and oversee entity formation and restructuring

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar membership
• 7-10+ years of experience in corporate/transactional law
• Significant experience with complex joint ventures and partnership structures
• Strong background in corporate governance and multi-entity structures
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or regulated industries preferred
