Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal reviews of new products and services, and develop strategies to protect intellectual property rights
  • Draft terms of use, product policies, and disclosures, and implement related processes
  • Draft and negotiate commercial and intellectual property agreements affecting the company's products and services
Required Qualifications:
  • J.D. or equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state and ability to join the Colorado bar as a Single-Client Counsel and the Washington state bar as a House Counsel
  • 6+ years of combined experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments as a practicing commercial, business, or intellectual property attorney
  • Experience advising technology (preferably AdTech) companies on intellectual property protection and data privacy aspects of product development
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
