Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Motion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project business activities, including EPC contracts
• Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests
• Manage legal risk across diverse areas, including competition law, data privacy, and product liability

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission and a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience
• Expertise in contract law and negotiation, including EPC/project contracts and digital law
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with experience in multicultural settings
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S
