Job Summary

A company is looking for a Firm Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the global legal affairs of the firm and strategic planning for risk management
• Draft and review corporate documents and assist with the administration of risk management policies
• Support compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate secretarial tasks, including responding to client inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and current admission to a U.S. bar in good standing
• Minimum of two years of legal experience at a large firm, preferably in M&A or corporate practice
• Experience with professional responsibility rules and codes
• Familiarity with law firm use of AI tools is preferred
• Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities and varying hours
