Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Operations, IT, and Procurement teams on inbound transactions
Structure, review, and negotiate vendor agreements for technology and services
Provide legal and commercial advice to senior business leaders and improve templates and processes

Required Qualifications:

JD and licensed to practice law in at least one state and federal jurisdiction in the US
4-6 years of law firm or in-house transactional experience focused on negotiating services agreements
Experience in negotiating complex IT agreements, privacy laws, data security, and AI/ML
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and navigate through ambiguity
Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature and contract lifecycle management
