Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Operations, IT, and Procurement teams on inbound transactions
  • Structure, review, and negotiate vendor agreements for technology and services
  • Provide legal and commercial advice to senior business leaders and improve templates and processes

Required Qualifications:
  • JD and licensed to practice law in at least one state and federal jurisdiction in the US
  • 4-6 years of law firm or in-house transactional experience focused on negotiating services agreements
  • Experience in negotiating complex IT agreements, privacy laws, data security, and AI/ML
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and navigate through ambiguity
  • Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature and contract lifecycle management
