Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review government and commercial contracts
• Provide guidance on government contracting compliance and regulations
• Advise on intellectual property, data rights, and export controls

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on U.S. Federal and defense contracting
• Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and public procurement frameworks
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology sectors
• U.S. Person status required due to the nature of the work
