Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Corporate Counsel to support its General Counsel and manage various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Build IPO readiness and manage disclosure and securities filings
• Lead legal efforts on transactions including mergers and acquisitions
• Advise on employment law, privacy, corporate governance, and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials
• Member in good standing of state bar association
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a technology/software company and law firm
• Experience with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law
• Ability to make practical business and legal decisions rapidly
