Corporate Counsel - State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and enterprise agreements, including Master Services and Business Associate Agreements
• Advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnerships to extend D2C care models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, partnerships, and compliance to ensure alignment with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience
• 3+ years of healthcare-related legal work experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active state bar membership
• Experience in hybrid organizations offering both D2C and B2B services preferred
• Digital and privacy experience is a plus
