Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its legal function in a high-growth healthtech/SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various customer and vendor agreements
• Support strategic partnership negotiations and channel agreements
• Improve contract templates and processes while monitoring legal and regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7-12+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in commercial contracting
• Experience negotiating SaaS and data-driven agreements, preferably in health tech
• Strong judgment with a process-oriented mindset for scalable systems
• Collaborative approach with good instincts for escalation
