Corporate Counsel - State Licensed
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to various client teams on technology and commercial matters
- Draft, negotiate, and execute SaaS, PaaS, and other commercial agreements
- Partner with teams to review trademarks and conduct RFPs for technology products and services
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Licensed and in good standing with a State Bar
- Knowledge of corporate/commercial transactions and contracts law
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
