Corporate Counsel - State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its growth and day-to-day legal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Support compliance efforts and develop internal policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for legal questions across the business

Required Qualifications

• JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 8-12 years of experience, with strong commercial contracting experience
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Ability to operate as a solo or first legal hire
• Experience with global legal/compliance issues
