Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support and guidance to its commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support on transactional matters and strategic topics
• Contribute to internal governance policies and evaluate external factors impacting the business
• Partner with external parties on legal matters and track regulatory changes affecting business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state
• A minimum of four years of relevant legal experience, particularly in healthcare and transactional law
• Deep understanding of legal issues affecting the healthcare industry
• Experience in developing legal policies aligned with business goals
• Detail-oriented with experience in reviewing complex contracts and agreements
