Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its legal operations and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Lead privacy law compliance and ensure data protection standards
• Manage responses to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of legal experience, primarily in an in-house environment
• Experience in commercial drafting and privacy law
• Direct experience managing subpoenas and government requests
• Experience with international law and cross-border regulatory frameworks
