Job Summary

Corporate Counsel - State Licensed, this full-time position involves providing legal support across various areas including commercial contracts, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, and employment matters, while collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships
• Oversee corporate governance, including board materials and equity administration
• Support capital markets transactions and assist in M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, or employment
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and make sound judgments
• Interest in fintech or consumer finance
• Familiarity with AI-assisted legal workflows is a plus
