A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate overlapping federal and state regulations governing Telehealth and Substance Use Disorder programs
• Accelerate business by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and overseeing contract management
• Advise on product development and initiatives, serving as a primary contact to internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school with current bar registration
• 4+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely
• Collaborative approach, curiosity, and willingness to stretch
• Ability to operate with a business mindset
