Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (U.S.) to own the legal function and drive operational velocity as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reviewer for all commercial agreements, including MSAs and vendor contracts
• Draft and maintain standard contract templates and manage the contract negotiation process
• Coordinate data privacy compliance and handle incident response for legal requests and escalations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing a high volume of SaaS agreements
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and content guidelines
• Bar admission in good standing and a JD from an accredited law school
• Experience in AdTech, Media, or the Creator Economy
