Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop contract templates and playbooks in collaboration with cross-functional leadership
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including patent and software licenses, and various types of collaboration and sales agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, healthcare compliance, and provide transactional support for M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited institution
• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements
• Significant experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory legal support
