Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal work for domestic and international corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and management of subsidiary entities
• Collaborate with business executives and legal teams on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Provide support for corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate legal experience supporting boards and governance
• 6+ years of overall relevant experience in corporate law, including in-house and law firm experience
• JD from a well-regarded law school and membership in a US state bar
• Interest in the crypto industry
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly in high-growth technology companies
