Corporate Counsel (USA Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements and commercial contracts
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitor changes in clinical trial legislation
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide legal training regarding contract terms and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Qualification to practice law in the United States with admission to the bar of at least one state
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-focused commercial agreements or related legal roles
• Law firm and/or healthcare in-house experience required
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management
