Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a multi-state compliance strategy for automotive regulations
• Provide legal counsel on new products and market expansions
• Represent the company in discussions with regulators and manage dealer licensure requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience focused on automotive regulatory compliance
• In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle dealer licensing requirements across multiple states
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for finance and insurance products
• Expertise in brokering regulations and compliance frameworks
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active licensure to practice law in at least one state
