Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-10 years of legal experience in FinTech or a related field
• JD required
• Experience in contract reviews and negotiations
• Knowledge of general corporate matters and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workflows effectively
