Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Relations Representative - Flex Location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles calls and escalated concerns from external customers and GBS call centers
- Acts as a liaison for customer issues with the Executive Leadership Team and routes concerns appropriately
- Maintains ownership of customer situations and collaborates with internal and external partners for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
- Experience in handling customer concerns and escalations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in interacting with senior-level individuals
- Proficiency in MS Office
