Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Relations Representative - Flex Location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles calls and escalated concerns from external customers and GBS call centers
  • Acts as a liaison for customer issues with the Executive Leadership Team and routes concerns appropriately
  • Maintains ownership of customer situations and collaborates with internal and external partners for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
  • Experience in handling customer concerns and escalations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in interacting with senior-level individuals
  • Proficiency in MS Office
