Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews and researches customer complaints and documents issues in the Customer Service log
  • Responds to credit inquiries, processes check requests for refunds, and manages email correspondence
  • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency and reviews recorded calls for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of customer service experience in the mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loans, and other mortgage programs
  • Familiarity with federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
  • Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
