Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and researches customer complaints and documents issues in the Customer Service log
- Responds to credit inquiries, processes check requests for refunds, and manages email correspondence
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency and reviews recorded calls for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of customer service experience in the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loans, and other mortgage programs
- Familiarity with federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
- Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
