Corporate Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Driving customer success and satisfaction, the full-time Manager - Strategic Corporate Deployment will manage deployments, facilitate early adoption, and guide clients through transformation processes while collaborating with sales and implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments by planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Engage with customers throughout the sales cycle to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure satisfaction during the migration to new platforms
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with product teams to enhance customer success initiatives and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience configuring applications to meet business needs and understanding data migration and system integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of cloud-based products and services
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
