Job Summary
Focused on sourcing and evaluating business opportunities, the full-time Corporate Development Analyst will conduct in-depth research on potential acquisition targets and industry trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research potential acquisition targets and conduct in-depth company research
- Follow and understand industry trends and new technology relevant to PTC's business
- Assist in due diligence processes and create material for presentations to Management and Board level audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
- 1-2 years in Corporate Development, private equity, management consulting, product management, or investment banking; 2+ years of business experience
- Ability to think strategically and tactically with attention to detail
- Excellent skills in creating Management Presentations and Board materials
- Fluency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
