Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and implementing capital optimization strategies for reinsurance transactions
• Analyze and review pricing models for proposed reinsurance transactions
• Lead the preparation of internal presentations and collaborate with various business units on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of work-related experience, specifically in the Life & Annuity industry
• Knowledge of U.S. Stat, GAAP, and familiarity with global solvency regimes preferred
• Completion or active pursuit of professional designations such as ASA, CPA, or CFA
• Interest in gaining a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of insurance
