A company is looking for a Corporate Development & M&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and assist in due diligence processes
• Research competitive landscapes and support internal collaboration throughout the deal lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation)
• 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, healthcare M&A, or corporate development
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dynamic financial models
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data/BI tools
