Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst (Remote/ NY Metro).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of transaction evaluation and execution from origination through due diligence, documentation, and closing
• Develop and maintain financial models and other quantitative analyses to build business cases and drive strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote seamless execution and monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university, preferably in finance, business, or economics
• 0-2 years of working experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or corporate finance
• Strong financial acumen and quantitative analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, or real estate is a plus
