Job Summary

Supporting capital raising and strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Analyst will perform financial modeling, prepare presentation materials, and assist with due diligence activities in a hybrid work environment from New York City, with remote options for exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and report on performance to stakeholders
• Prepare detailed presentations and analyses related to capital raises and strategic transactions
• Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
