Corporate Development Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Analyst, this hybrid role will manage the corporate operating model, lead financial planning and analysis, and support M&A activities while collaborating with various departments to drive strategic financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the corporate operating model and scenario analysis for planning and financing
- Lead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts
- Produce monthly variance analysis and prepare reports for management and the Board
Required qualifications
- Prior investment banking experience is required
- 2+ years of experience in an investment banking analyst or associate program, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Ability to build and manage a three-statement financial model and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior audiences
