Corporate Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the evaluation of both organic and M&A opportunities as well as leading strategic projects
• Develops robust financial models and performs detailed financial analysis on potential acquisitions
• Assists with research, industry benchmarking, due diligence, and the preparation of presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in corporate development, corporate finance/transaction services, investment banking or management consulting
• Technical knowledge in the areas of valuation (DCF, Earnings Multiples, etc) and corporate finance (financial statement analysis, financial return metrics such as IRR, NPV, etc)
• Well organized, resourceful and plans well; effective multi-tasker with an ability to prioritize deliverables and increase work intensity as required
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
