Job Summary

To support the execution of M&A deals, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and conduct financial analysis while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, purchase price mechanics, and deal economics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives, operators, and external advisors
