Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical and research support for mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and alliance opportunities
  • Participate in business unit strategies and interdisciplinary team support
  • Assist in target company valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring activities

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years experience in an analytic/quantitative role in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics related field
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced financial modeling abilities
  • Experience in insurance or financial institutions preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills from prior employment and extracurricular activities
