Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide analytical and research support for mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and alliance opportunities
Participate in business unit strategies and interdisciplinary team support
Assist in target company valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring activities

Required Qualifications:

3-4 years experience in an analytic/quantitative role in finance, accounting, or economics
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics related field
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced financial modeling abilities
Experience in insurance or financial institutions preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills from prior employment and extracurricular activities
