Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A - Contract role).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the project lead for the M&A deal, managing all workstreams across the transaction lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence, including information gathering and data room oversight
• Prepare executive and board-level presentations and summaries to support decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting M&A transactions end-to-end
• Strong financial modelling, strategic, and operational acumen
• Self-starter with the ability to manage complex processes and drive outcomes independently
• Proficiency with Salesforce required; familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual data rooms preferred
