Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and strategic investment activity across the full deal lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for key product and business units to align deal strategy with company objectives
• Drive rigorous evaluation of opportunities, including financial modeling and industry analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience in the technology sector is preferred
• Prior exposure to consumer internet, e-commerce, logistics, advertising, or retail technology industries is preferred
