Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A, greenfield/brownfield development, and joint ventures
• Identify and analyze business strategies, partnerships, and investment opportunities in the energy sector
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies and financial models

Qualifications

• Prior experience in energy investment banking or related financial roles, focusing on power projects
• Familiarity with financial analysis related to power markets and project financing
• Passion for Bitcoin and a basic understanding of Bitcoin mining
• Experience managing multiple partnerships and business deals through all deal phases
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA preferred
