Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to manage M&A strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-level growth initiatives
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analyses for acquisitions and divestitures
• Prepare high-quality presentations and strategic briefings for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting roles
• Expert-level financial modeling and valuation skills
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and strategic planning
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus
• Familiarity with financial systems and SaaS operating systems
