Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with functional teams and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and investment materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Demonstrated project management and financial skillsets
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
