Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, manage checklists, and coordinate functional teams while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with data rooms and document management
• Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
