Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and manage transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
