Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate functional teams to synthesize findings and escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and support transaction documentation and closing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data management
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and project management
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders
